In 2013, I made a program to give me a random place in Japan to visit. I used it when I was in Japan. Which was a lot.

I liked using the program as much as I hated my job. So I made a web app to use it on my phone while traveling.

Guess who went broke.

I ran ten years of travel diaries through AI to make this website and share the experience. Please donate and feed my addiction if you like it. I really hope you go broke like I did.

The name of this site comes from a friend's experience with a Japanese teacher who told him, with utmost profundity, "Japan has four seasons." Thank you, friend. I stole the phrase.
